- Third-Party AI Processors: To provide advanced search and warranty analysis features, certain data (such as user search queries, claim descriptions, and uploaded warranty documents) is transmitted to third-party artificial intelligence providers (e.g., OpenAI). We utilize enterprise API agreements that prohibit these providers from using your data to train their public AI models.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Text Messaging Consent Data
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
